Are all images suitable for wrap around?

Not all images are suitable for the wrapped canvas. Once your image is enlarged you will loose approx. 3 cm from the sides (top and bottom) which will be wrapped around the frame so a small portion of your picture will not be visible from front on. Don't worry we normally print your image without a wrap effect so if you are unsure please get in touch, we are happy to advise.

Do you do any more sizes?

Apart from the numerous sizes we have on offer, we can supply made to measure canvases as well. Just let us know which size you would like by email or phone and we will give you a separate quote. The largest size we print is 48inches x 88 inches (2440 x 1220mm).

Do you have somewhere I can see examples of the canvas?

Yes, we have stands in shopping centres where you can get your pictures made within the hour. Or indeed just check out the quality.

Do you print my own pictures or photos?

Yes absolutely. You can Order your image or visit us and we will create your canvas.

Can you remove date stamps and red eye?

We will remove date stamps and red eye where ever possible, if however you would like to keep the date on the canvas then please contact us

How do I care for my canvas?

You can clean the canvas with a light vacuum with the brush attachment, do not use a damp/wet cloth.

Do you do Gift Vouchers?

Yes we are able to provide you with gift vouchers, just select your quantity.

My picture is not in a digital format, can you help?

You can either scan your image at 300 dpi minimum, and save it in JPEG format and Order to our site, bring it to us at a store location or post it and we will return it to you with your original image.

Please note that we cannot accept, a picture taken using less than 3 Mega Pixels.

Do you supply to trade?

Which payment methods do you accept?

At present we only accept Paypal. Paypal is free for anyone to setup and use. You can use all major credit and debt cards via paypal.

What is the policy on returned items?

To date we have had no returns but if your goods are faulty or damaged we will be happy to replace/refund within 7 days of receipt of the product.

How long until I can expect my canvas to arrive?

How much is delivery?

Delivery to UK Mainland is just £5.00. Delivery to other UK areas (Northern Ireland, Channels Islands etc) is £10.00

If I Order more than one picture, is the delivery charge more?

The £5.00 delivery charge is a one-off charge no matter whether you Order 1, 2 or 5+ pictures. So the more you buy the better deal you get!

Can I place an Order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?

When entering your personal details you will be given an opportunity to say whether you wish to use your own address or supply a different delivery address.

What about my personal details?

Your personal details are essential for the delivery of the items you have Ordered. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon written request from yourselves.

How secure is the website?

All your payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details.
