Although we are small, we have top end security on our website to ensure that your order and picture uploads are safe.

Your Pictures:

Your uploads are saved on our secure server. This server is kept in a secure location, in a multi million pound data center. Your picture is not shared and only trusted staff members of personalised canvas have access to it. Your image will never be used, altered or distributed in any way apart from to print your new piece of art.

Once your order is complete and you are 100% satisfied with your canvas, the upload is deleted.

Your Money:

Online fraud is a serious concern for us all and hence we have taken steps to ensure that you are protected. Email scams are becoming the biggest threat online. We will never email you asking you for any kind of personal information or to 'sign in to validate your account' etc. If you receive any emails you are unsure of, please forward them to our email address, and a real human will call/email you back - so you can be sure it is not a scam.

When purchasing online - we use the services of PayPal to process our payments. Paypal is owned by eBay. As you would expect this multimillion dollar company ensures that all transactions are safe. By using PayPal you are covered for fraud, and hence your money is safe and secure. This also means that we never have access to your credit card information - reducing the risk of digital theift.
